Nights of Meteor Showers

(Found poem, compiled from friends’ LiveJournal posts)

nights of meteor showers
I think I heard someone singing about it
they take sound away with them as they go

the crystallisation of water on leaves
an image of cherry blossoms fallen
the passing nature of the world

emblem of intersecting circles
in the center of the window,
the bright, round moon

  2. Thank you!

This lot, from several sources, I left in the order in which I spotted them — but yes, the selection process reflects the finder, and I would not be above rearranging if I liked the effect better.

I like the way this one seems to make a sort of (illogical, mysterious) sense.
